Pro Tips
Tortellini timing: Cook just until tender—overcooked tortellini = sad mush.
Sun-dried tomato swap: Oil-packed is best for flavor, but dry-packed works in a pinch (just soak first).
Spice it up: Add a dash of crushed red pepper or smoked paprika for a tiny kick without stealing the show.
For a touch more indulgence: Replace milk with half-and-half for a silky, creamy finish.
Pairing Suggestions

Simple side salad – adds freshness and crunch.

Glass of white wine – optional, but it makes you feel fancy while staying cozy.
