The BEST Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This Spinach & Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy, and downright irresistible. Made with a blend of melty cheeses, tender artichokes, and roasted garlic Alfredo sauce, it’s the kind of party dip that disappears fast. Serve it hot and bubbly with chips, crackers, or veggies—there’s no wrong way to enjoy it!

1 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped 1 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese mix 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 16 ounces roasted garlic alfredo sauce 8 ounces cream cheese (1 block) softened Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix everything together until it’s creamy and combined.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita wedges, crackers, toasted bread, or cut veggies. Basically, anything edible is fair game here.
Pro Tips
Make sure your spinach is well-drained (no one likes watery dip). I usually squeeze it out with a clean dish towel.
Want a little kick? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
If you’re feeding a crowd, double the recipe—you’ll thank yourself later.
