2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes thawed 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup chopped onion 1 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes 3 tbsp melted butter
